The Alternative

I wish I could walk on heels the rest of my life, but I know that isn't going to work. My feet would die and it's a bit weird to show up at school with 6 inch stilettos. When I go to school I wear my Uggs or other boots, but mostly my vans. I absolutely adore them, there not as awesome as high heels, but it's a good alternative. I have the dark blue ones, but I'd love to have another pair of red ones, I think they look amazing with jeans. What's your favourite pair of school shoes?

Getting Close

The Mulberry Alexa Bag is one of the few bags that is getting close to the perfectness of the Hermès bag. It has a good size, a perfect amount of belts and locks and you can get them in different sorts of colors and prints. My favourite color is the regular brown one, because it has this really warm feeling. Perfect for a cute spring outfit!

Brian Atwood

A while ago I've written about my love for Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo. Another footwear collection I absolutely adore is the one of Brian Atwood. He's not as known as Christian Louboutin, but he's just as good. I really love the casual yet very colorfull shoes he designs. I've wanted a pair of nude heels for a very long time and I thing the ones on the first picture are perfect, they have an amazing color and the design is just right. And they look like they're actually comfortable as well...

Studs And Valentino

The last collections of Valentino all included some accessories with studs. I think they look totally amazing, they have an elegant yet amazing look. Perfect when you're wearing a dress that is a little bit too decent. The accessories like the ones on the picture could spice your outfit up a bit. I totally adore the heels with the ribbons, because it has that perfect elegance.

You either hate them or love them, the Isabel Marant sneakers. I'm with the people who love them. I think they look absolutely amazing, very fashionable. You can get them in a few different colors, I love the one with the taupe and grey. The most perfect thing thing about these shoes are the concealed heels, which are perfect if you aren't very tall, like me. So, are you with the haters or the lovers?

Belle Du Jour

Finally, it's weekend! Unfortunately, this weekend isn't going to be that much fun for me. I have to study the whole weekend, because I have a lot of big tests coming up. That doesn't mean there isn't time to show you one of my favourite clutches. The First Dutch Vogue

When I got home from school today I found a glittery package on the doormat. As soon as I saw it I got really excited, because I knew the first Dutch Vogue was laying there. Chloé Bag

It's spring! And because of that I wanted to show you my favourite spring bag. This spring it is the classic Chloé bag. I like it so much because of the model, it doesn't look like a regular bag. Sun Hat

I finally did it! I've wanted to have a sun hat for ages now and I finally bought one. Since a few year I've been putting on every hat I find, but I just haven't had the courage to actually buy one. That was until I went shopping with my nieces and they convinced me to buy it. I'm still not sure if I'm actually gonna wear it, but at least I've one waiting for me to put on!

Sweet Little Lies

I finished the second book, Sweet Little Lies, a few weeks ago and I can't wait to start on the third one, Sugar and Spice. The only bad thing is that the third book is the last one as well. The Exception

I  wrote about my love for the Alexander McQueen clutches a while ago. I'm usually not a really big fan of the clothes Alexander McQueen, now Sarah Burton, designs. That's because the clothes are really eccentric. But there's an exception, the Resort 2012 collection. The dresses in this collection are absolutely gorgeous, the tulle skirts and gold embellishments, just perfect. Here are some of my favourites..

Stuffed In A Drawer

The sun is finally starting to shine in Holland and it's about time, I'm done with the cold. I can't wait to wear bikinis and shorts again. And with sunshine come sunglasses, so we have to start looking for our favourite pair. Luckily for me, I didn't find mine, I got them. My father ones bought a pair of Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses when he was about 20 years old. He wore it for a couple years and then stuffed it somewhere in a drawer. When I was 14 I told my mother I was saving for a Ray-Ban and she said that that wasn't necessary. She started looking in some drawers and gave me my father's Ray-Ban. You can't imagine how happy I was and still am. I got a free Ray-Ban with an amazing vintage feeling. Do you have something that once belonged to your parents?

Fashion Advice

My absolutely favourite actress is Blake Lively. The first time I saw her was in Gossip Girl and I immediately thought she was amazing. She's gorgeous and her sense of style is just incredible, but above all she looks like she's a really nice person as well. Would love to meet her sometime and ask her for some fashion advice!

Some Getting Used To

There are some thing you have to get used to before you like them. The ankle boots from the Fall 2011 Collection from Miu Miu is a perfect example. The first time I saw them I thought they looked absolutely horrible. I thought there was just too much going on, too much color, too much glitter. But after seeing them in magazines for a while, I started to appreciate them. They actually looked pretty good with the clothes they were styled with, they made the outfit stand out more. So, they're definitely not Louboutins, but I'd still like to have them in my possession, don't you?

Love For Lanvin

A girl never has enough bags. You have to have one for shopping, for a date, a night out, a dinner with family, I think I can go on for a while. But that isn't all, they have to match your outfit, so you have to have them in different colors as well. Unfortunately, money doesn't grow on trees, so you have to choose. Either you buy a bag for a date or you buy a bag that's perfect for a dinner. This isn't really a good solution tough, because you still have a bag for only one occasion. So, we have to think smart and we buy one that goes with both occasions. Lanvin designs a bag which is a perfect example. It's really chic and femine because of the ribbons and the colors, but usefull as well because of the size. And Lanvin makes it even better, you get the bags in amazing boxes...

Cheap And Chic

I've been writing posts for a while now and I discovered I was only writing about really expensive things. Nothing bad about that, because you can always dream, right? This doesn't mean I don't like Zara or H&M, absolutely not. Actually, I can't imagine my life without them! One of my favourite shoes Zara ever sold are the ones in the picture, perfect design, perfect color and perfect height. This proves Jimmy Choo isn't always better than Zara..

I have a hard time finding nice shirt with long sleeves, so most of the time I wear shirts with short sleeves and a jacket. The jackets I totally adore are the ones from Isabel Marant. They're really fashionable and they make every outfit look amazing, because all of the details. Some of them have feathers, others with stones and glitters. Gorgeous, don't you think?
